Refund Policy

Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, and processing details for Filecypressway Mining Review services.

Overview

This policy covers refunds for paid consultation services and written reports offered by Filecypressway Mining Review Co., Ltd. We do not sell mining hardware, so this policy does not cover equipment purchases from third-party sellers.

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You cancel a booked consultation more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • We cancel the session due to staff unavailability and cannot reschedule at a time that works for you
  • We fail to deliver a written report within the timeframe stated at booking (48 hours for consultation summaries, 72 hours for power reports, 24 hours for ventilation reports)

Partial Refund (50%)

If you cancel a booked consultation within 48 hours of the scheduled time, 50% of the session fee is refunded. The remaining 50% covers reserved staff time and preparation.

No Refund

Refunds are not available for:

  • No-shows without prior notice
  • Consultations that have already taken place, regardless of whether you agree with the recommendations
  • Written reports that have been delivered
  • Rush delivery surcharges once report production has begun
  • Travel fees for on-site visits once our specialist has departed for your location

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may reschedule a consultation once at no charge if the request is made more than 48 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling within 48 hours is treated as a cancellation (50% refund) plus a new booking.

Deposits

Some on-site ventilation assessments in areas outside the Seoul metro require a 30% deposit at booking. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel more than 48 hours before the visit. Within 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited.

Work Already Started

If you request cancellation after we have begun preparing your report (for example, after we have started bench data analysis for your power cost estimate), no refund is available. We will notify you when preparation begins.

Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request to info@filecypressway.click with your name, booking date, and reason for the request.
  2. We confirm eligibility within 2 business days.
  3. Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer to the account used for payment within 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are never refundable:

  • Third-party costs we incur on your behalf (such as travel expenses already paid)
  • Services explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of booking
  • Open-bench day attendance (free events have no fee to refund)

Disputes

If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied, contact us at info@filecypressway.click with your booking reference. We aim to resolve all disputes within 10 business days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law and jurisdiction stated in our Terms of Service.
